Lead Rein
Ponies advertised in this section should be used to the lead rein and should be happily allow a person to lead them round in walk, trot and canter and even over jumps. These ponies are great for small childen as a lead rein pony can help build up a childs confidence. Being lead around means that the child can concentrate more on their seating, position and basic commands whilst in the early stages of learning how to ride. Lead rein horses & ponies should be very well behaved and not strong or unwilling.
